Tournament Rules
Entry Fee and Admission
· Participation will be limited to 32 players per division. · $55 for contestants · $75 for contestants · Online deadline · If 32 contestants per division have not registered registration for that division will take place at the door until enough players has been reached, $75 charge still applies. · Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Checks will not be accepted at the door. · Spectators will be limited. $30 Spectator’s Fee · All fees are non refundable
Division Breakdown
· Open Division I Ages 11—17 · High School Division (must have student I D) · College Division (must have student I D) · Open Division II 18 and up
Prize Break Down
· Four Division Winners $250 . · Final Two Winners $250 . · Overall Winner $500 . · If maximum contestants level has not been met, the cash prize will be a percentage base on the entry fee
General Rules
· The use of vulgar or racist screen names is prohibited and will be enforce. · Players will be assigned a game station each round. · If circumstances arise causing a need to pause the game, notify a staff member
Game Rules
· PS3 and X-Box Platform · Final competition will be on PS3 Platform · Difficulty level will be set at All Madden. · Teams must be picked at the beginning of the tournament. · Opponents will be assigned prior to game play. · Single elimination – game quarters will be set at 3 minutes. · Each game has a 50-minute limit. · No custom team or trading players, factory rosters will be used. · Players are allowed to load only audible and controller configuration, off memory cards. · 24 Points Mercy Rule. Mercy rule apply to rounds 1, 2 and 3 only. At the start of the 3rd quarter, if either player has a 24-point lead the game will be called.
Fair Play Rules
· There will be no onside kicking prior to the 4th quarter or while a player is leading by 10 points or greater. · There will be no “going for it” on fourth down when a player has a lead.
